Rob Roughley

Rob brings extensive experience in charity governance and leadership to his role as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Baggy Trousers UK. With a background spanning more than a decade in the voluntary sector, Rob has a deep understanding of what it takes to run an effective, values-led organisation.

As Chair, Rob works closely with the founder and fellow trustees to ensure the charity remains focused on its mission, operates with financial integrity, and continues to make a meaningful difference to the men and families it serves.

Rob is a strong advocate for men's health and believes that open, honest conversations about cancer and mental wellbeing can save lives. He is proud to support an organisation doing exactly that.
